How does your pricing work?

We offer a flat rate per area for Hot Water Extraction (Steam Cleaning), spot treatment where applicable and deodorization.  There are no added fees or hidden charges, the price we quot up front is the price the customer will pay.


What is an "area" considered?

An area is an room up to 250 square feet, hallway, or staircase.  If your room is over 250 square feet it will be considered two areas. 


What do I need to do before you arrive for cleaning? 

Please have the areas as clear as possible prior to our arrival to ensure a thorough and efficient cleaning. 


Do you move furniture?

Smaller furniture such as small tables, chairs, love seats will be moved if possible, large items such as beds, bookcases, TV stands are generally not moved.  If you would like cleaning to be done under these areas please let us know beforehand so we can allow extra time and manpower.


How often should I have my carpet cleaned?

Cleaning should be done annually.  If you have small children or pets you may consider cleaning every 6 months.


Can you guarantee all the stains will come out of my carpet?

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the removal of every stain.  There are substances that can permanently discolor the carpet fibers.  The age of the carpet, age and type of soiling are all factors. We can guarantee that the carpet will be "healthy" and free from allergens, loose soil, dust, etc.  The majority of stains we come across do come out but older stains and stains with certain dyes in them can be difficult.

Since we have flat pricing we will not try to upsell services that we feel should be included.  We will do the best we can to get your carpet in pristine condition for the price quoted prior to starting.  We are accredited by the Better Business Bureau with an A+ rating as well as certification by the IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification)
